Well, one cant really say which is the best HYIP.

HYIPs must satisfy the following conditions:
1. Quick withdrawal
2. Minimum investment
3. More interest
4. Highly saturated
5. Verified

I must add:
6. Long term and short term investments - both should be available.
7. Support multiple payment processors.
8. Good support
And like everyone says - must not be a scam.
