About withdrawing funds from egold?

Any newbie who deals with e-gold will be confused with the "selling" and "buying" of e-gold.
Here's a deep explaination of it:
About withdrawing funds from egold?

Secure your e-gold

Is e-gold the most vulnerable payment processor? No matter which forum you go to, if there's news on someone getting their account hacked, it's an e-gold account.
Well, no. e-gold has good security. But more hackers target this processor as its highly anonymous. You cant trace your funds unless the e-gold staff are involved.

Here are three threads on how to keep your e-gold secure:

Can I ask Refund?

Okay. You're in trouble. You sent a scammer some money. But now you want it back. Can you ask refund?
You can check out this thread on the topic:
Can I ask Refund?

It depends on what processor you've used to pay your seller. With e-gold, LR and a few others it's a strict no-no.
But with Paypal, and many others. It's allowed.
If you're not able to find the answer, post a new thread to get it ;)

Before Scammers Get you

Which HYIP becomes scam faster?

Well, i've been investing in HYIPs long time, and i feel that HYIPs that become scam very quickly have the following characteristics:

1. They have domain names of

  • .info - HYIPs with a .info domain name is something to beware of : planforprofit , pro200 , oemtradershyip , Multiple investment etc. As you can see, they dont have much discussions. i.e. professional investors know they are scams.

  • .biz - One would think these are more reliable than the .com domain name. Well, HYIP admins know you think that way, and hence, even though these have expensive names, they're 100% scams. .biz domain names are few, but they're ALL scams. Check these out: 12dailytrade , Fast-Funds , 3d-trade , SpaceHYIP, Safe Gold , Online2Cash etc.

2. They have numbers in their site name. Look at these: 20dayfund , UpTo600 , 10dayshyip , Only400 , E3Gold etc. This is an unprofessional way of naming a site. Yep. They're scams.

3. Stupid names . Yea, you know they sound stupid, so stupid that it cant be true. So why invest? Here're are a few hyips that have really silly and unpro names : fastcoin , Coolbenefit , Fastmilliondollar , waymajesty etc. If they say, "cool" "fast" "quick" oranything that sounds too fishy, bail out as soon as you can.

4. Using names of other successful Companies. Just because they say "LibertyReserve" or "Paypal" or "e-gold" or even "Microsoft" "yahoo" etc. , know that these companies DON'T run HYIPs. HYIPs after often short-term, and no one is going to sue them for using their trademark or registered names. Why? Its not worth the effort. You'll never catch these HYIP scammers. Check these out: egold-pclub , Liberty Hyip, Euro Investment Ltd , C-GOLD FX ADVERTISING etc. Don't be surprised if there's a HYIP called Red Cross. (There is. Read about them here: Red Cross) Just don't invest in them.

5. Search for typographical errors - you find them? Leave them. :)

6. Check out their support - send a e-mail via "contact us" and check for response from the Admin.

7. Report new HYIP scams - You can make a post in the respective HYIP thread in forums with a message. You'll save others from professional scammers. You can search for the HYIP using the search feature : Search Forums. Search by Key Word : Set Key Word(s): hyipname.com and set prefernce to "Search Titles Only" for faster search. Futhermore you can specify the forums as HYIPs. Or you can ame a new thread abou it here: HYIP potential scams and warnings or send a PM to a Forum Moderator with the report.

Best HYIP?

Well, one cant really say which is the best HYIP.

HYIPs must satisfy the following conditions:
1. Quick withdrawal
2. Minimum investment
3. More interest
4. Highly saturated
5. Verified
(Taken from : Best HYIP)
I must add:
6. Long term and short term investments - both should be available.
7. Support multiple payment processors.
8. Good support
And like everyone says - must not be a scam.
Why not give your opinion if you're an experienced investor in HYIPs here: Best HYIP?

HYIP Forums | HYIP Monitor

HYIPs are everywhere. And 99% are scams. And many investors fall for these fake programs.
How to know whether a HYIP is a scam?
Well, one can safely assume all HYIPs are scams. The question actually is, how can one make money out of it?
Best thing is to stick to HYIP monitors. These are little sites (and sometimes big) that are run by people who invest in HYIPs and know exactly when a HYIP stops paying, so that future investors dont fall prey to them. But this doesn't always work. Why? HYIPs are well know to pay only the monitors, so that they'll keep a "PAYING" status.
So exactly how can one know?
Well, of course by interacting with ordinary investors.
There are many forums that help you out. Here's one that logs all the HYIPs:
